1 tablespoons unsalted almond butter
1 scoop vanilla protein
3⁄4 cup full fat unsweetened coconut milk
1⁄2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1⁄2 cup frozen organic blueberries
1 teaspoons of flax seed
1-2 handfuls of greens (optional)
