Ingredients:
1/2 frozen banana or 1/3 small avocado
2 tbsp organic pumpkin puree
1-2 tsp almond or cashew butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extra
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (20-30g)
1-2 cups of nut milk (I used almond)
Directions:
1. Blend If you’re feeling sassy, add some organic crunchy chocolate granola and coconut flakes.
