SAVORY ROASTED SWEET POTATO DELIGHT

Ingredients:

1 large sweet potato, baked

2 teaspoon cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice

1/2 cup unsweetened nut milk (adjust depending on the consistency you desire - more or less)
Toppings:

4 tbsp chia seeds (2 tbsp per bowl)

4 tbsp hemp (2 tbsp per bowl) seeds OR 2 scoops of unflavored protein powder or collagen (20g per bowl)

4 tsp almond butter (2 tsp per bowl)

2-3 tsp full fat coconut milk (2 tsp per bowl)

1 cup blueberries (1/2 cup per bowl)

More cinnamon
Directions:

Add all ingredients in blender & blend until smooth. If using protein or collagen, add here
Toppings:

To each bowl add:
